China's first folk craft work exhibition is due to open tomorrow in Beijing.
Aiming to develop national culture and have folk arts become a new cultural industry, the organizers are expected to stage a series of activities during the expo including a theme seminar, which is scheduled to bring together cultural experts from other countries, and will feature a handicraft show by noted artists.
This exhibition was co-organized by the China World Trade Centre and the Beijing-based Huasai Culture-developing Co. |
