世博會(huì )期間參觀(guān)者服務(wù)內容主要有:?jiǎn)?wèn)訊、物品寄存、參觀(guān)預約、租賃、導游、導覽、走失兒童和特殊群體服務(wù)。
During the EXPO, services to visitors include information inquiry, deposit of personal articles, visits reservation, renting, tour guide, lost children information and other services to those with special needs.
問(wèn)詢(xún)服務(wù)Information Service
園區內和各出入口處將設置問(wèn)詢(xún)處,為參觀(guān)者提供有關(guān)世博園區內的展覽、活動(dòng)、時(shí)間和場(chǎng)地安排等信息以及氣象、市內的交通、旅館和餐廳信息等并接收參觀(guān)者的意見(jiàn)與投訴。
Information offices will be set up at entrances of the Expo park to serve the visitors for their inquiry of information about the pavilions, activities, time schedules and locations, as well as weather, city traffic, hotels, and restaurants. Visitors may give their comments and complaints at the information offices.
